At PrintHeart.de, we specialize in creating high-quality, customizable photo magnets. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Eligibility for Replacement
We offer replacements under the following conditions:
Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you receive is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Printing Errors: If there is a printing mistake on our part, we will provide a free replacement.
Issues Not Eligible for Replacement
The following situations are not eligible for replacement:
Customer Errors: Mistakes arising from low-quality images, incorrect customization details, or other errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
Minor Color Variations: Slight differences in color between the product and the on-screen preview are normal and not considered defects.
How to Request a Replacement
If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement:
Contact Us: Email us at contact@printheart.de within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide Details: Include your order number and clear photos of the defective or damaged product and shipping label.
We will review your request and inform you of the next steps.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled if production has not yet started. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within two hours of placing the order. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is necessary due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other return reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
